Edward attended Drexel University earning a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Edward also furthered his education by acquiring a degree in General Building Construction and has several certifications to include Master Construction, Construction financing and Job Costing. He is a member of the Contractors Association in Philadelphia and a member of the Elite Contractors League of Pennsylvania.

AJ gained experience in her field as President and Director of Philadelphia Neighborhood Housing Services a Non-profit organization. AJ gained valuable cost accounting knowledge through her work experience with the business consulting firm AJ Moore Consulting Corporation. AJ's background lies in the field of Accounting as she holds her B.S degree in Accounting from Chestnut Hill College, she also has extensive knowledge in contract administration and life cycle cost analysis. As Director, AJ was responsible for coordination of large Housing development projects and oversaw and ensured quality control. As a Director of operations, AJ is responsible for overseeing all operation activities. These activities included scheduling site visits and coordinating projects, communications with engineers and subcontractors and ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
Jose Gonzalez served as Founder/Owner of Philly Construction LLC, but now serves as pre-construction manager. Jose began his career as a Union Carpenter for Philadelphia Local 1073 and has managed construction as a General Contractor for the past 15 years. Jose’s
project experience is extensive and he has completed several notable projects including the Bucks County, PA Visitor Center, restaurant projects including Jamonera, Tweed, Sampan, Barbuzzo and Savino, and commercial retail projects including Capogiro Gelateria Rittenhouse, Bo Concept Furniture Store, and The Jewelers Building Condominum Conversion.
Jose holds a degree from the Delaware Valley School of Trades in Construction and Building Renovations. He is a licensed Contractor in the State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Although Jose was born in Puerto Rico, he has made his home in Philadelphia for th past 39 years.
Christopher J. Menna, P.E., F.ASCE is Principal of Menna Engineers &
Associates, located in the Manayunk Section of Philadelphia. Today, he is
one of the most sought after structural engineers in the Greater Philadelphia Region and beyond. Chris is a registered professional engineer in six states. He offers 26 years of experience covering all aspects of design and construction – houses, large and small buildings, retaining walls, special structures, bridges, and roads. Chris is known for his ability to solve problems and explain the solutions to clients at a level that they can understand. He is also lauded for his ability to rework the incomplete projects of others – essentially save and/or clean-up the work of other professionals. Chris offers a wealth of knowledge, having worked for contractors, government agencies, and consultants – on projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to $60 million dollars. He has also taught at the college level for approximately ten years, and is a well known leader in professional engineering organizations. In a nutshell, Chris is recognized for
service above oneself, honesty, integrity, and attention to detail. He cares for his clients and sticks with them to completion. Christoper also holds a B.S degree in civil engineering from Temple College and also holds a M.S degree in civil engineering from Villanova University.
